Forgotten Realm
I am back from the Sunshine State and would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of support via Second Life, Flickr, Facebook and even Pinterest. Your sweet words and positive thoughts came at a time when they were much needed. I can’t thank you enough for the strong messages of support and love. My father is still hanging in there…. I come from a long line of tough cookies…. and his turn around upon my arrival was nothing short of amazing. He did not seem to remember me… the dreaded curse of dementia no doubt, but he did say “Hi, Little Girl” one morning, and I am going to keep that tight to my heart. While his memories have been stolen, I am going to hold onto mine with all my might…. I miss you already Papa…. you are my hero.
