So I have been slow to jump on the mesh head wagon and have been impatiently awaiting for Rocketta (KOOQLA) to release her head…. And then I saw a teaser for Genesis’s Chloe. I waited for what seemed like a year and last night after reading that it wouldn’t be released until the 20th (yes I know two days – but two looooong days!) I picked up Lilith. I am drawn to Genesis heads just as I am drawn to KOOQLA skins. There is an artistry involved that makes me want to devour their creations. Both designers throw caution to the wind and create from their soul resulting in designs that are anything but generic looking. The funny thing is…. I was actually looking for a head that had emotions and instead fell in love with Lilith. I do wish there was an emotion hud, or even an open mouth/close eyes option, but what Lilith lacks is made up for in the genius of the design. While I love my regular avatars cute little nose and puckered lips, I must say I thoroughly enjoy not having to edit the face to rid it of unsightly crevasses and shadows. Stick with me as I explore Lilith and soon… Chloe and celebrate in the advances of mesh. I too can now arrive at my destination with floating eyeballs!!! Thanks Freezea for the beautiful art!
